How do I choose between team and enterprise plans?
It depends on your company size and security requirements. Choose a team plan if you want to get started quickly and your organization has standard security needs. Go with Enterprise Plan if you need advanced compliance options (like SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, SSO, enforced Privacy Mode, or Zero Data Retention), or require dedicated support and custom pricing for scale. There are no seat count minimums for the Enterprise Plan. You can choose it even as an individual if you want more advanced security options.
How does Willow use my data?
With Privacy Mode enabled org-wide, your code is never used for training. Willow also maintains zero data retention agreements with all our model providers.
Does Willow support SSO and SCIM?
Yes, we support major IdPs (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, and more). Admins can enforce SSO and provision/deprovision users with SCIM.
How can I track AI adoption across my organization?
Enterprise administrators have access to a comprehensive analytics dashboard showing adoption rates, usage patterns by team and individual, words spoken metrics, and productivity insights. Data can be exported through CSV and our usage API with your existing analytics platforms.
What security certificiations does Willow have?
Willow is SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA certified with regular penetration testing. Reports are available in our Trust Center.
