Affiliate Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Guidelines
As a Willow affiliate, you agree to:
Use your unique referral link (provided within your affiliate dashboard in the app) in all promotional content.
Avoid promoting competitors or similar dictation tools in the same piece of content (social media post, blog, video, etc.)
Immediately remove or modify any promotional content if requested.
Refrain from making negative, misleading, or disparaging remarks about Willow, its team, or its products.
Bidding on branded search terms for Willow is not allowed
2. Services
You own the content you create, but by participating, you grant the right to repost, reshare, or reference your promotional content
You may use our logos, product names, and marketing materials for your affiliate efforts.
You may not modify, misrepresent, or use branding in a misleading or negative context.
3. Commissions & Payouts
Affiliates earn 33% commission on payments from referred users who sign up for a paid plan.
Referral links track users via cookies for a 30-day attribution window.
Payouts are processed monthly at the 1st of the month
Payments are made via Tremendous, where you can choose your payout method (e.g., gift cards, PayPal, bank transfer).
4. Compliance & Responsibilities
You agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations, including the FTC’s Endorsement Guidelines.
You are responsible for ensuring that your promotions are truthful, not misleading, and don’t infringe on third-party rights.
You agree not to engage in spamming, cookie stuffing, fake referrals, or any deceptive marketing practices.
Misuse of the affiliate program (including fraudulent activity) will result in account termination and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
5. Updates
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you via email or within the app. Continued participation means you accept the updated terms.
